ULTIMO (Poland) – debt collection and management
The company was set up in 2002 by the current GCDF team with the financial support of AIG – CET. ULTIMO has since then become a leader in debt collection and non-performing receivables management in Poland. ULTIMO’s clients include the leading Polish banks, financial intermediaries and public services institutions.
The GCDF team’s market knowledge and experience in implementing innovative solutions and technologies was key in the success of ULTIMO. Today, Advent International is a majority shareholder in the ULTIMO Group.
SMS Kredyt (Poland) – micro loans
The company was established in 2007 and grants micro loans via the mobile phone SMS system. SMS Kredyt is the first institution in Poland to use this innovative distribution channel and technology. The GCDF team developed and implemented the groundbreaking legal, operational and technological framework for the venture.
Doradcy24 (Poland) – credit broker
Financial intermediary specialising in distribution of mortgage loans to individuals. In its offer Doradcy24, a joint-stock company, has also cash loans, investment and insurance products as well as corporate products.
At the end of 2007 GCDF Group invested in Creditfield, limited liability company. Creditfield was a financial intermediary concentrated mainly on mortgage loans distribution. January 11th, 2009 an Investment Agreement regarding the merger of these two entities was concluded between majority shareholders of Doradcy24 and shareholders of Creditfield. Full integration and reorganisation of the two entities was concluded in 2009. The Company carries out its activity under the name Doradcy24 SA, and its shares are quoted on alternative trading system of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (NewConnect).
PrimoCollect (Ukraine) – receivables collection and management
The Company PrimoCollect, set up in 2009, acquired operating activity of Ultimo Ukraine. PrimoCollect is concentrating on creating its own base of assets through purchase of receivables portfolios. Moreover, the Company is servicing non-performing portfolios of the top Ukrainian banks, insurers, telecoms and utility companies, performing debt-collection activities. A fund managed by Abris Capital Partners has been a majority shareholder since mid 2010. GCDF owns a minority stake.
